Frequently asked questions

Are these official IELTS papers?

No. They are practice tests from Dalilk that follow the IELTS Academic format: the same number of questions and the same timings as the computer-delivered test.

Do the tests include answers?

Yes. Every reading and listening question has its answer and an explanation (in Arabic), hidden until you click. Writing and speaking come with model answers, a band, examiner-style notes and a self-assessment checklist.

Is the band score official?

No. The interactive test gives an indicative band for practice only. The only fixed reference points published by ielts.org are that about 23, 30 and 35 correct answers correspond to bands 6, 7 and 8.

Can I hear the listening audio?

Yes, in the interactive test, where each part plays once, as in the real exam. The test pages include the full transcripts.
