نص القطعة

(1) Everyone faces challenges at some point in life, but not all challenges are the same. Some are small and manageable, while others require what experts call critical thinking and reasoning. These two skills are often used in problem solving, whether at work or in daily situations. (2) Some people get stressed just hearing the word 'problem', but I don’t see it that way. I believe many personal problems have a solution, even if it takes time or help from others. The key is to stay calm and focused, because panic only blocks progress. (3) One interesting difference between critical thinking and problem solving is in how they work. Problem solving often involves formulas and numbers, while critical thinking usually works with words and logical ideas. (4) Many people view problems as negative experiences. But I see them more like riddles— challenges that make the brain work and sometimes even feel entertaining. It’s like playing a game where the reward is the solution itself. (5) Whether the problem is emotional, academic, or practical, using a good strategy helps. Evidence shows that people who plan, think clearly, and ask for help usually find better solutions. The most important thing is to believe that every problem has a way forward."
